Hey! It’s That Guy! Is a rock band from Brookwood, IN. The band formed in 1989, consisting of Harold Moody (vocals), Donald Hart (lead guitar), Will Helms (bass), Ramon Baker (drums) and Billy “lips’ Hyoodle (Kazoo). Tragically, exactly 1 year later after the release of their first album, Asteroid Molester, a fire caused by faulty equipment killed four members when their studio burned down.  As of this day “Lips”, the only surviving member, is nowhere to be found. Before their deaths they were quickly becoming known as the loudest rock band in Brookwood County, regularly selling out shows at the 11th Pin Bowling Alley and the Areola 51 Gentleman’s Club.
